I would like to thank you for taking the time and inquiring into this site. Before continuing I do recommend reading through the entire site. In so doing you will gain a fuller understanding of the current state of political power in our country and the direct effect it has over the sanctity of our Lifes. Especially see, "Government; A necessary Evil" and "Politics of Power". 

        Let it be known that the goal of our movement, very simply, is to restore Liberty to every citizen in our great land. It must be said, that I don't view this as a political movement. Politics is far downstream from the literal Truth of our sacred life and of our birthright to express it as we see fit. Unbridled by an administrative behemoth which has straddled us all with undo burdens, financial and otherwise. Spawned from the Progressive era as far back as the 1890s.  Enlarged enormously during the 1930s, it has become the playground of a ruling class who enrich themselves off of the sweat of our labor, we the citizens having to pay for it all. It's truly sickening. Listen friend, we have one Life and burdens of being that are natural, we shall not wait one more day to live in the fullness of our freedom. PERIOD!

       Therefore, we set our united goal of taking back the levers of power from those who, either are ignorant ego driven patsies or align themselves with the establishment and have stolen our god given LIBERTY.

     What is a common man congress? You may be asking. Besides the obvious meaning, it is simply a means to an end. It is an opportunity to fulfill the promise contained within the constitution and bill of rights. We the people are to be acknowledged as individuals, born from a power that no one fully understands, we are to be placed unto a place of unaltering nor interrupted reverence. A place where all the efforts of man's ego driven mind, in a quest for betterment of the whole, are subservient and may never approach or infringe upon. True Liberty!!

      Common sense can only come from the common man. Common sense is just that, the common senses of being, the natural experiences that we all have as human beings. Deriving one's conclusions on the multitude of topics from said experiences. That is the common man!  There is a recognition of the basic facts of Life and a deep understanding of the natural order of the world. A common man wants the same things every other man wants. Respect,security,a living wage, a place to rest his head a loving family and human companionship. Understanding that work is a natural requirement of life itself. That everyone should pull their own weight and have the freedom of choice, and their consequences, in life. He knows it is immoral to take from one to carry someone else who is a lay about. The common man is opposed to the nanny state when the price of liberty was paid on the battlefields of wars past. The harms that may befall the careless traveler, worker or adventure seeker do not warrant liberty stifling regulations or profit-making insurance mandates. PERIOD. If casualties are acceptable on the battlefield then they are acceptable in everyday life as a free people. It is my proclamation that it is these qualities that qualify one to be a worthy and qualified  common man congress candidate. It is not in the attainment of scholarly titles, the gathering of riches, nor political status that raise one man's worth over another's. In the realm of governance and law making it is common sense which is needed most in the preserving of individual Liberty!

       Now the common man congress is a long-term strategy and may take several election cycles to fully implement. We will remove the two largest hurdles for anyone with aspirations of becoming a member of congress. The first, the need to explain one's positions on the many topics of concern to the constituents. All positions are explained in detail on this site in the section titled," The Restoration of Human Liberty". Second removing the need to raise thousands of dollars. By promoting the common man congress site voters will know the meaning of Liberty restoration and be able to look up their districts common man congress candidate on the site. The key, therefore, is the promotion of the site and to grow its name recognition to the public. 

       A candidate will find his/her district in the map below and their states rules. Think about what the possibilities are. Imagine a life of endless opportunities, free to build where you would like, pursue every one of your life's desires free from most of the unnecessary burdens of the state.
